Anne and Ken Haugh (married June 18, 1983)

Wedding day, June 18, 1983

Anne and I have had the privilege of serving the Lord for the past 32 years — 5 with Children’s Bible Fellowship of NY, Inc. and 27 years with Wycliffe Bible Translators. During our time with Wycliffe, we have ministered at Hillcrest International School, the school for missionary students  in West Papua, Indonesia, at JAARS (Wycliffe’s partner organization and regional technical center in Waxhaw, North Carolina), in Germany with Wycliffe Europe, and with Wycliffe Associates.

We are currently living in the United States working remotely. Ken is a member of Wycliffe Bible Translators (WBT). Ken is Associate Director of Senior Benefits.  Anne is working part-time with WBT as Senior Services Assistant, serving retirees from Wycliffe Bible Translators. She is also a group leader with Bible Study Fellowship.

The following pages will introduce you to our family, our roles, prayer and financial partnership opportunities, Wycliffe as an organization, frequently asked questions, some good ‘ol tech stuff, and anything else that comes to mind.

Ken has his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice (Michigan State University), and Masters degrees in Special Education ((Montana State University), and Education (Pace University), and his SAS (School Administration and Supervision) certification (Pace University). He has served as a Special Education, Social Studies, and computer teacher, as well as a school principal and school Director. He has also served in both hands-on technical support and in project management/leadership technical roles. He has a passion for customer service, helping translators and others use the computer as a resource to translate the Scriptures in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Anne attended Washington Bible College and has the spiritual gift of service. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interpersonal Communications from East Carolina University. As a working mother, she raised two beautiful daughters that are walking with the Lord and consider her their best friend. A missionary kid herself, Anne grew up serving as summer camp counselor to inner-city youth and has since served as a cafeteria manager, teacher’s assistant, classroom aide, class sponsor, librarian, catering manager, assistant store manager and team leader for Wycliffe’s Europe fundraisers.

Our daughter Laura is married to Josh Hodgson, lives in the Charlotte area, and is the proud parent of Luke, Cody and Theo. Laura has a beautiful smile, a zest for life, and a wit to boot.

Christine is married to Daniel Pusilo, and lives in Seattle, Washington, where they both work and live. She is funny, innovative and a hard worker.

As members of Wycliffe, we are considered faith missionaries. In our organization, each member is able to serve because of generous gifts and faithful prayers.  Each family, including us, has their own team that gives and prays.  Without that team of prayer and financial partners, they, like us, aren’t able to serve.
