Your life of service – is such an adventure! Thank you for enabling these native folk to share Christ’s love with their tribe and tongue. Such a gift . . .

I wish Anne and I could take credit, Laura, but I can’t. This is really a God thing. It really is.

You know, Ron, we’ve been to quite a few places around the world but somehow, some way, India was different to me. It took me a week or so to get adjusted but after meeting our colleagues, our friends, new MTT’s there, it was very, very encouraging. I’m so glad to have been a part of it.

Uncle Ken and I traveled in a ‘tuk tuk’ when we were in India. We were in Cochin, but it looked very much the same as where you were, except perhaps a little bit poorer. Three of us, Uncle Ken, his brother John and I all in the back seat. The driver assured us it was ‘for three.’ Oi! But we did have fun and that little tuk tuk went in and out the streets quickly. No traffic signals, no full stops, just go when you can! Whirlwind! Whew!

We had so much fun squeezing into that thing too! I’m so glad they, and not me, were driving though. I don’t ever see me driving in that country.
