Visa is in hand!
My visa has arrived for Africa! Ever since I was a child, I have wanted to visit the huge continent of Africa. Next week I get to accompany my husband to the place he travels to on a regular basis. Ken will be teaching software, and I’ll be writing stories, taking photos and doing some interviews.

Marcia, so glad you could see the beauty of Europe, the people! It’s a great place to work. Tomorrow we leave for our trip. We expect weather in the 90’s with no drabness! Thanks for posting.

Dear Anne, How exciting that you get to go too! Have a great trip…I know you will enjoy yourself. I have never been to Africa either, but I did enjoy my recent trip to England and Germany. But I decided that February isn’t the most picturesque time of month to travel. I had rain and clouds most days and the drabness of winter with no snow. But the people were the bright spot. I met great colleagues and learned so much about Eurasia Area.
