Tea, Biscuits and Eternity

12 Apr

Wycliffe Associates President, Bruce Smith, is in Papua New Guinea. He tells a lovely story of the struggles of the men and woman working on the Old Testament Translation for the Folopa people.

He starts with a story of rats…reminds me of our last post!

You can read his blog here.

Thank you for sharing — our staff would have a lot to say about the poor rat. I tell them the only good rodent is a dead rodent — when the come into my house. I am glad the are no snakes fighting with the squirrels in our attic. But then again that would take care of the problem then what to do about the snakes! LOL

So encouraging to see your mom with dirt and plants in front of her 🙂

Conjures up some interesting memories … although as you know, I was never in PNG, but the rest of the story … yikes. Bless you all!
